Work as a full-time contractor/creative consultant in a startup environment, leading creative teams in the creation of user acquisition performance marketing and brand content for real-money mobile games 

    • Lead a global, cross-functional team of writers, art directors, designers, animators, and editors, providing creative direction on performance marketing and brand initiatives

    • Formulate and execute creative strategy for user acquisition ads and brand projects

    • Use AI tools like Sora 2, Veo 3 and Nano Banana to bring concepts to life with high-quality AI video and imagery for ads and other content

    • Partner with UA managers to review and interpret performance ad data, and use findings to optimize ads to improve key performance metrics

    • Partner with UX/UI managers and designers to create messaging for in-app comms, push notifications, emails and other customer-facing communications

    • Partner with Production Manager and brand partners to create cohesive messaging to improve and standardize the overall quality of work 

    • Present creative strategy and concepts to clients, C-Level leaders and other key stakeholders

    • Concept, script and provide creative direction on video ads as well as videos for internal and external brand content, including Talent & Acquisition videos, content for trade shows, tutorials, press videos, year-in-review videos and more

    • Partner with designers and art directors to create social posts and related copy

    • Inspired human connection with the first broadcast TV campaign for Starbucks

    • Shook Facebook with an uncommonly personalized campaign for Toyota 

    • Helped found a new national holiday on behalf of the NFL and Visa

    • Fought pollution with an experiential stunt for compostable coffee pods

    • Fought for cleaner oceans with a website for The Alliance to End Plastic Waste 

    • Fought for improved wages for our teachers with an ad campaign for the NEA

    • Wrote and directed several TV spots and online-videos for various brands, including the Illinois Lottery, Studio Center, Mosquito Joe and more

Served as Creative Director on the Hartford Funds account, leading cross-functional teams in the creation and launch of new brand positioning and a global advertising campaign
